Secure Packaging
Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the product safely. Once the product passes quality checks it is packed with bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery.
Trusted Shipping
After the safe packaging of the ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners like DTDC, Blue-Dart, Delhivery and E-com Express to ensure we deliver you your product securely on-time. International orders are shipped through the most trusted FedEx or DHL.
For any issues faced or assistance required with the delivery of your order, kindly contact our customer support.
Please note: In case you suspect that the package may have tampered before the delivery, you may reject it at the time of delivery.
Happy Unboxing
Once your order has been shipped we will e-mail you with the tracking details of your order. Our aim is to deliver you your products safely at the earliest possible to provide you with a happy unboxing experience, and we appreciate your patience and trust with us regarding the same.
It usually takes 1-5 days for the domestic orders to get delivered and 5-10 working days for international orders. The time and date of delivery might vary depending on the location.
Standard Shipping Charges
We offer only one payment option: Prepaid
International Orders:
• Shipping charges are included in the order cost.
• Kindly note that Cash on Delivery is unavailable for international orders.
• Important Note: For international orders, any additional charges such as Import Duty or Customs Duty, if applicable in the destination country, are to be borne by the customer.
