•    Ensure all information is accurate, as changes may not be possible after confirmation.

2. Shipping Policy
•    Orders are processed within 3 days.
•    Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please refer to our Shipping section for detailed information.

3. Return & Refund
•    As this is a personal hygiene product, we do not offer refunds or returns.

4. Exchanges
• Exchange will be provided only if the product received is damaged.
• To request an exchange, the customer must email or WhatsApp us an unboxing video clearly showing the damage within 3 days of delivery.
Exchanges are available only for domestic orders. For international orders, no exchange policy applies.
